Follow the Ultimate Challenge Series standings through new online program

One of the many positive changes in the ASICS Ultimate Challenge Series of folkstyle wrestling is a new online program where the standings in each of the age-groups are tracked online.

In cooperation with, USA Wrestling has created a system where the athletes who compete in the ASICS Ultimate Challenge Series can record their results. Each of the athletes who have signed up for the program can see where they are placed in the overall standings at their age division.

This also allows wrestling fans a chance to monitor the standings in the quest for the Dominator Belts throughout the 10-event series, which runs from October 2006 through April 2007.

The online standings program is located on at the following location:

In order for an athlete to be included in the standings for the ASICS Ultimate Challenge Series, the wrestler must first sign up. Only wrestlers who sign up for this program will be included in the standings for the Ultimate Dominator. The wrestler will need to create a password, which will allow them access to the program.

Throughout the season, each wrestler will have to go into the online program and update their results. This will keep a running total for that wrestler.

Participants who intentionally enter incorrect or false data will be ineligible for the Dominator Belt standings. USA Wrestling will monitor results thoughout the season to ensure accuracy in scoring.

After the first two events of the Ultimate Challenge Series, the leaders in each age division are:

Div. I (7-8 year olds): Joseph Dominguez (CA), Chase Bittle (IL), Tyler Tsagalis (IL) and Brett Johnson (IN), 1600 pts.

Div. II (9-10 year olds): Austin Reynolds (CA), 2,600 pts.

Div. III (11-12 year olds): Jordan Wigger (SC), Peter Palacios (CA), Dahlton Brown (CA), Devin Weber (WI), Brian Harvey (IN), Ryan Cone (WI), Kyle Riedling (IN), Sean Russell (GA), 1,600 pts.

Div. IV (13-14 year olds): Jesse Thielke (WI), 3,200 pts.

Any wrestler who has competed in the Ultimate Challenge Series and wishes to be included in the standings and remain eligible for the Dominator Belts must sign in and update their results. If you do not see your name in the online program, please make sure to register and include your event placements.
