Sara Fulp-Allen named TheMat.com Wrestler of the Week for Dec. 15-21

Sara Fulp-Allen (Colorado Springs, Colo./New York AC) has been named TheMat.com Wrestler of the Week for Dec. 15-21.

Each week, TheMat.com will select an Athlete of the Week, based upon performance within wrestling for that week. The selection committee will consider any level of wrestling, from youth programs through the Senior level.

Fulp-Allen drew praise from the U.S. women's freestyle coaches for her performance during the team's recent National Team training camp in Beijing, China.

Fulp-Allen is a past U.S. National Team member who competes at 48 kg/105.5 lbs.

The American squad spent time training with the Chinese National Team this past week in Beijing.
