Nominate a moment today for a Top 10 Responsible Sports Moment

Have you witnessed a player on the mat exhibit terrific sportsmanship towards his opponent? Do you know a youth wrestling coach who went the extra step in a particular match or tournament and really demonstrated responsibility? Sadly it’s the negative moments in sports that get all of the attention. But together with Liberty Mutual Insurance and Positive Coaching Alliance, we are on a mission to celebrate the positive moments that we know happen every day in youth wrestling. We want to have these Responsible Sports Moments gain the same national media that those negative moments get.

Nominate a moment of sportsmanship that you have witnessed and that organization could be named one of the Top 10 Responsible Sports Moments of 2012, be featured in national media and earn the organization a $1,000 donation in honor of that moment. It doesn’t have to be a grand gestures or achievements; it can be an everyday, simple example that we strive to instill in our players and encourage.

The Liberty Mutual Responsible SportsTM program supports volunteer youth sports coaches and parents who help our children succeed both on and off the mat. We offer many youth sports resources including $2,500 community grants, instructional videos, weekly tips, peer and expert advice, and coursework for those interested in improving the youth sports experience for all involved.
