JOB OPPORTUNITY: Assistant National Women's Coach/FILA Junior National Coach for USA Wrestling



USA WRESTLING JOB OPPORTUNITY: Assistant Women's National Team Coach/FILA Junior National Team Coach

USA Wrestling is seeking an individual to serve as its Assistant National Women's Coach and FILA Junior Women's National Team Coach. This is a full-time position in USA Wrestling's National Teams Department.

Specific Responsibilities:
* Assist the Women's National Team Coach with all training of the Senior National, World, and Olympic Teams
* Work in Cooperation with the Women's National Team Coach to facilitate all Training for the OTC Resident Program
* Communicate to the USOTC staff as it pertains to the OTC Resident Program
* In conjunction with the National Team Coach – Work with the USOC Performance Enhancement Team as it pertains to the Women’s Program
in Conjunction with the Asst. National Team Coach - Recruit Athletes to the Olympic Education Program (OEP)
* Help the National Team Coach and the OEP/FILA Cadet Coach to coordinate moving athletes from the OEP to the OTC Program
* Work with National Teams Director to Set-up and Manage Budget for the FILA Junior National Team Program
* Recruit all FILA Junio National Team Members to Camps
* Attend FILA Junior, University Age Group Competitions (Body Bar and University National Events)
* Coordination and Cooperation with National Coach – Setting up a full FILA Jr National Team Schedule Camps and Competitions
* Set-up, Coordinate, and Facilitate all FILA Junior National Team Camps
* Set up, organize, and staff all FILA Junior Tours
* Coach FILA Junior Pan-Am and FILA Junior World Teams
* Assist National Coaches to recruit volunteer coaches for the FILA Junior National Team
* Assist National Coaches to fundraise for the FILA Junior National Team
* Work in Cooperation with FILA Cadet National Team Coach
Communicate to the FILA Junior National Team Members on a regular basis
* Build and Foster Relationships with all Development Coaches around the World
* Help Graduate Assistant to organize, set-up, and staff the Spring / Fall Coaches Clinic
* Help Graduate Assistant torganize, set-up, and staff the All-American Camps (Jr Nationals, Body Bar)
