May 18-19 will feature historic Iran vs. USA dual and 11 other events in California

This weekend will feature a showcase competition, United 4 Wrestling, as part of World Wrestling Month, which was declared by the international wrestling federation (FILA), in an effort to promote Olympic wrestling.

This event is a historic dual meet between the U.S. and Iran freestyle teams taking place in Los Angeles, Calif. Sunday, May 19 at 2 p.m. at the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena.

There are only six days left to purchase tickets for the this event. Tickets are only $10/person and can be purchased here. To purchase, click 'Register Now.' In order to purchase tickets, click 'Continue' after entering an email address and password. Do not click 'Add Wrestler.' Choose the number of tickets you would like to purchase. Enter name(s) of ticket pick-up contact(s). Click 'Continue.' Enter your billing information and submit payment.

In Northern California, May 18 will feature the Mount DiabloWrestling Association Championships at Liberty Heights High School in Brentwood, Calif., a North Area Wrestling Association tournament at Sutter Union High School in Sutter, Calif. and the Santa Clara Valley Wrestling Association Thunderbolt Freestyle/Greco-Roman tournament at Delmar High School in San Jose, Calif.

In Central California, the San Joaquin Wrestling Association Freestyle Championships at Central Valley High School in Ceres, Calif., the Central Valley Wrestling Association Dog Fight at Clovis East High School in Clovis, Calif., the Kern County Wrestling Association Championships at Tehachapi High School in Tehachapi, Calif., a Kings-Tulare Wrestling Association tournament (on Friday, May 17) at West Hills College in Lemoore, Calif., and another Kings-Tulare Wrestling Association tournament (on Saturday, May 18) at Golden West High School in Visalia, Calif.

In Southern California, there will be a Southern California Wrestling Association tournament at Canyon High School in Anaheim, Calif., a San Diego Wrestling Association open wrestling room at Rancho Buena Vista High School in Vista, Calif. and the Tri-Counties Wrestling Association Freestyle/Greco-Roman Championships at Camarrillo High School in Camarillo, Calif.
