|First five U.S. women wrestlers weigh in and get draws for Cadet Worlds in Serbia|

ZRENJANIN, Serbia – The first five U.S. women’s freestyle wrestlers have weighed in and received their draws for Thursday at the Cadet World Championships. The event features the best 17-20 year old athletes in the world.
The U.S. team is led by 2012 FILA Cadet World Champion Marina Doi of California, who competes at 38 kg/83.75 lbs. This will be the third straight year that Doi has competed at this event.
Doi will open against 2103 European Cadet silver medalist Oksana Livach of Ukraine.
2013 Cadet and Junior National Champion Teshya Alo of Hawaii will compete for Team USA at 56 kg/123.25 lbs. She opens with an experienced opponent, 2011 Cadet World champion and 2012 Cadet World bronze medalist Maria Kotsareva of Russia.
2013 Junior National champions Alexis Porter of New York will face Darnya Legusha of Ukraine at 65 kg/143 lbs. in the first round.
The other two wrestlers on the mats on Thursday are residents of California, Sariah Jones at 43 kg/94.75 lbs. and Cadence Lee at 49 kg/108 lbs.
Jones will face Bidyarani Potshangbam of India in the first match.
Lee will open up with Noemi Szenttamasi of Hungary, who was ninth in 2012 Cadet World Championships.
