The Iowa vs. Iowa State dual is a collision of traditional powers in Division I wrestling. Each year when these two teams square off the meet is sure to be entertaining and packed full of the best wrestling the nation has to offer. The National Coaches Education Program presents the following clips from the Iowa vs. Iowa State dual. Enjoy the techniques of one of the hardest hitting duals year in and year out! Doug Schwab attacks with a Hi-C. [View clip] Mike Zadick scores with a hard driving double. Notice the distance that he covers with this double leg takedown. [View clip] Joe Heskett scores near fall points using a roll-through basket tilt. Heskett is a dominant top wrestler and has a powerful grip on cradles and tilts. [View clip] Gabe McMahan hits a textbook single leg. [View clip] Cael Sanderson dominates with a roll-through nearside half.
