Ivan Ivanov makes appearance on the Martha Stewart Show

As a champion wrestler in Bulgaria, Ivan Ivanov was familiar with many different training techniques. Since coming to the United States, Ivanov has groomed many of our nation's top Greco-Roman athletes as a coach in Utah, Michigan and now Idaho.
On January 30, Ivanov joined Stephen Nave on the Martha Stewart Show to go over some exercise techniques with Ivanov's Suples Bulgarian bags. These bags and throwing dummies line the walls of the wrestling room at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.
