California leads Pennsylvania in overall #Fargo2024 team race after two women's events

In the overall team race for #Fargo2024, after the first two tournaments (16U Women, Junior Women), California sits in first place with 286 combined points, followed by Pennsylvania with 257 points in second and Michigan with 153 points in third place. Rounding out the top five are Missouri with 148 points in fourth and Illinois with 137 points in fifth.

California won the Junior Women’s team title with 176 points, and placed third in the 16U Women’s standings with 110 points. California had two Junior women’s champions and one 16U women’s champion. Overall in the two women’s divisions, California had 25 All-Americans in the two events, 15 in the women’s Juniors event and 10 in the women’s 16U event.

Pennsylvania won the 16U Women’s team title with 157 points and was third in the Junior Women’s standings with 100 points. Pennsylvania had four 16U women’s champions and one Junior women’s champion. In the two women’s brackets, Pennsylvania had 19 All-Americans, 11 in the 16U event and eight in the Junior event.

Illinois was the overall team champion at #Fargo2023, followed by Pennsylvania, Iowa, California and Oklahoma.
