Carr currently serves as the Associate Director for the Cyclone Regional Training Center. The trio discuss Carr’s “cheerleader” mentality when it comes to coaching, his epic rivalry with Kenny Monday, how his brothers influenced his wrestling and how he coached his son David, a 2021 NCAA champion, coming up through the ranks.
