by USA Wrestling
Before they were teammates for the Nittany Lions, Mark Hall and Jason Nolf were opponents in the 2015 UWW Junior Nationals finals. At the time, Hall was a high school junior and a 2014 Cadet World champion, while Nolf just wrapped up his redshirt season at Penn State.
Fast forward almost six years and Mark Hall is a two-time Junior World champion, three-time NCAA finalist and 2017 NCAA champion, while Nolf is a two-time National Team member, a four time NCAA finalist and a three-time NCAA champion.
