SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. -- Evan Wick, the four-time Division I All-American wrestler, has added a whistle to his equipment bag.
Wick, who wrestled at Wisconsin before transferring to Cal Poly a year ago for his final season, has joined the coaching staff as an assistant coach under seventh-year Mustang head coach Jon Sioredas.
Wick replaces Sean Fausz, who resigned during the summer as an assistant coach for three years in order to accept a job as an image system engineer for Omnivision in the Bay Area.
