Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Department: State Services
Position: Full-Time
USA Wrestling is seeking a self-motivated individual who possesses effective communication skills for the position of Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will provide clerical and customer service assistance to customers and members of USA Wrestling.
Responsibilities
• Provide assistance to customers and members via phone, e-mail and/or live chat.
• Update online profiles of USA Wrestling members.
• Take and relay messages to USA Wrestling staff members.
• Fulfill premium membership packages.
• Submit internal finance documents (e.g., purchase orders).
• Assist in special event/promotion planning.
• Fulfillment of chartered club benefits (certificates of insurance, informational packets, etc.).
• Take notes/minutes of USA Wrestling committee and council conference calls and in-person meetings.
Additional Responsibilities
• Ability to adjust/enhance event/membership data in Microsoft Excel.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent work experience. Associates/bachelor degree and previous related experience a plus. Ability to work some evenings is required.
Skills
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task is required.
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.) a plus.

Hiring Pay Range
$45,000-50,000 per year
