Job Title: Membership Services Manager
Departments: State Services
Position: Full-Time
USA Wrestling is seeking a self-motivated individual who possesses effective communication skills for the position of Membership Services Manager. The Membership Services Manager will provide clerical and customer service assistance to members of USA Wrestling.
Responsibilities
• Primary individual to provide assistance to USA Wrestling members via phone, e-mail and/or live chat.
• Update USA Wrestling member, club and event information in membership system.
• Prepare and disseminate monthly and yearly membership reports.
• Administration of secondary sports accident and liability insurance claims.
• Supervise fulfillment of premium membership offerings (High Performance membership and plastic membership cards).
• Submit internal finance documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent work experience. Associates/bachelor degree and previous related experience a plus. Ability to travel and work some evenings are required.
Skills
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task is required.
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office a plus.

Hiring Pay Range
$50,000-70,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
