Excitement is building for Final X at Prudential Center in Newark, N.J., Saturday, June 10. There will be 30 best-of-three series (10 in each discipline), with the winners earning a berth on the U.S. Senior World Team which will compete in Belgrade, Serbia in September.
In order to provide some context for the fans following Final X, we dug into the USA Wrestling results database to identify recent matches between the competitors in Final X at the Senior level in the international styles. Some of the athletes have extensive histories, others have a few past matches, while others have never met. An attempt was made to document all of the past meetings, but there could be additional ones. (Should we identify any missing results, this article will be updated).
