With the 2023 Junior National Duals and 14U Girl’s National Dualscompetition starting on Wednesday morning in Tulsa, Okla., USA Wrestling releases the pre-ranking seeds of the teams that are registered to compete.
These rankings reflect the combined point totals for all the individual athletes on each team roster, with points given for past achievements at the national and regional levels.

Illinois holds a slight edge on the No. 1 seed in the Junior Men’s Greco-Roman division heading into tonight’s weigh-in at 31 pre-ranking seed points. Idaho sits in second with 30 points, followed by California 1 at 27 points, Iowa at 24 points and Oklahoma Outlaws Red at 22 points. Iowa is the defending champion in this division.

Iowa leads the pack in the Junior women’s freestyle pre-ranking seed points at 27. California Red is a close second at 25 points. Pennsylvania Blue and Colorado sit tied in third place with 24 points each, while Utah and Arizona Black are tied for fifth at 21 points. In the 14U girls freestyle division, Washington and Texas Red are tied for the most points at 24 each. Wisconsin and Kansas are deadlocked in third place with 17 points apiece.
