We know Kyle Dake's 74 kg semifinal opponent, No. 4 seed Daichi Takatani of Japan, who won a 2023 World bronze medal and won a pair of age-group World medals.

125 kg MFS preliminaries - Lkhagvagerel Munkhtur (Mongolia) dec. Mason Parris (USA), 10-5
Parris was put on the shot clock and did not score, giving Munkhtur a 1-0 lead. A Parris takedown late in the first period made it 2-1 as we go into the break
Parris does a single leg on the edge and gets the step out, 3-1. Munkhtur takes Parris down on the edge and they call if four points. USA challenges but the challenge was refused, 6-3. Munkhtur walks Parris off the mat for a step out and a caution and one, 8-3. Munkhtur adds a takedown to stretch it to 10-3. Parris gets a takedown, 10-5. Time runs out and Mukhtur wins 10-5.

62 kg WFS preliminaries - Kayla Miracle (USA) tech fall Nesrin Bas (Turkey), 12-2
Bas scores the first takedown to lead 2-0. Kayla gets a takedown for a 2-2 tie. Miracle on a tilt during a scramble gets her a 4-2 lead. We go to the break with Miracle up 4-2
Miracle secures a takedown to stretch it to 6-2. Add another Miracle takedown and a turn and it goes to 10-2 for Miracle. She shoots again and gets a sweet tilt for a 12-2 technical fall at the buzzer.

74 kg MFS preliminaries – Kyle Dake (USA) tech fall Anthony Montero Chirinos (Venezuela), 10-0
Dake single leg takedown and a quick turn to lead 4-0. Single leg takedown for Dake with two turns and it is a first-period technical fall, 10-0
