USA Wrestling has posted its 2025 Age-Group Pan American and World Team Selection Procedures on its website, TheMat.com.
These procedures, which cover the U15, U17, U20 and U23 age groups, were developed by the Sports Committees in the three Olympic disciplines – men’s freestyle, women’s freestyle and Greco-Roman, and approved by USA Wrestling’s Executive Committee.
There are 10 different procedures documents posted. Athletes, coaches and families are encouraged to closely read the procedures for each specific age-group and discipline
The specific procedures now available are:

- 2025 U15 Pan American Selection Procedures – Boys
- 2025 U17 Pan American and World Team Selection Procedures – Women
- 2025 U17 Pan American and World Team Selection Procedures - Men
- 2025 U20 Pan American and World Team Selection Procedures – Women’s Freestyle
- 2025 U20 Pan American and World Team Selection Procedures – Men’s Freestyle
- 2025 U20 Pan American and World Team Selection Procedures – Greco-Roman
- 2025 U23 Pan American and World Team Selection Procedures – Women’s Freestyle
- 2025 U23 Pan American and World Team Selection Procedures – Men’s Freestyle
- 2025 U23 Pan American and World Team Selection Procedures – Greco-Roman
