The 2025 U.S. Marine Corps Women’s National Championships are set for a return appearance to The Podium in Spokane, Wash., with the best young athletes in the country vying for national titles and selections to the U.S. World and Pan American Teams.
The competition is set for April 4-6 with women’s freestyle tournaments offered in the USA Wrestling 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U age groups, on top of the UWW U15, U17, U20 and U23 divisions.
Champions at the U17, U20 and U23 levels are eligible to represent the U.S. at an age-group World Championships event later this year. The U.S. Pan American squads will also be determined in the UWW age-group divisions based on the results from Spokane. Refer to the USA Wrestling Team Selection Criteria for more details on international team selections.
48 champions from 2024 are currently registered to compete in Spokane. There are over 1,300 entries to the event with less than two weeks until showtime. Online registration for this event will remain open through 9 a.m. (ET) on April 4. Sign up today to test yourself against the nation’s best.
The USMC Women’s Nationals is the second-of-four events offered in the USA Wrestling Triple Crown Series for girls. To earn the coveted Triple Crown Award, girls must win first place at the USA Wrestling Folkstyle Nationals and USA Wrestling Freestyle Nationals, plus claim top prize at either the USMC Women’s Nationals or National Girls High School Recruiting Showcase, during the same wrestling calendar year.
Stop signs will be awarded to champions in the U15, U17, U20 and U23 divisions. Custom belts will go to champions in the 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U brackets.
The festivities in Spokane will begin with the U23 and U17 divisions on Friday, followed by the start of U20 and 14U on Saturday, and rounding out with U15, 8U, 10U and 12U on Sunday. U17, U20 and U23 brackets will compete over a two-day span. The remaining divisions are scheduled for one day of wrestling.
The USMC Women’s Nationals will be broadcast live on FloWrestling. Brackets will be available through USA Bracketing, USA Wrestling’s new best-in-class event management software.
